This oven, handcrafted and brought in pieces from Italy<\/strong>It has domed vaults made of refractory and insulating concrete materials, complying with current legislation. Once in the restaurant, all the parts were assembled within the kitchen.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n After its assembly, the next issue to be defined was the exterior decoration of the vault. It was then that from Our own team of bricklayers came up with the idea of covering the surface with marble tiles.<\/strong>After the client approved the idea, two types of marble were purchased: marquina and macael. Both were broken with a hammer to create uneven fragments of different colors. The resulting pieces were then run through a cement mixer with aggregate to polish the sharp corners.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n One by one, the different pieces of marble were meticulously fitted together in order to harmoniously unite the joints. With this striking ornamentation, the The stone oven, which is visible to the customer and dominates the kitchen, gives the interior design of the establishment a strong personality.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The beautification of this oven is a testament to the craftsmanship and DIY skills of Spin's masonry team.
