Like a spring, events emerge around it that need to be channeled so that everything flows as it should. <strong>At Spin, that journey concludes with the client&#039;s delivery of the completed project, ensuring that, despite any circumstances, the renovation meets all their requirements and even exceeds their highest expectations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The reflection comes to the case of <strong>the comprehensive reform recently carried out in <a href=\"https:\/\/fokacha.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the Fokacha restaurant, in Madrid<\/a>, who has had the unprecedented experience of living with confinement.<\/strong> An experience that demonstrates a paradigm shift in the way construction projects are handled. Meetings with project management, drawing up plans, design decisions, and much more, which until now have always been handled in person, have now seen the need to be handled virtually, digitizing a large part of these processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"twenty20-1\" class=\"twenty20\" style=\"width: 100% !important; clear: both;\"><div class=\"twentytwenty-container twenty20-1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/grupospin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/fokacha_spin_esquina_1_1.jpg\" alt=\"Before image\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/grupospin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/fokacha_spin_esquina_1_2.jpg\" alt=\"After image\" \/><\/div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Overnight, new demands appeared on professional relationships. The viability of the project depended on rapid adaptation to needs, and a good grasp of the subject was required. The Spin team played a key role in its design, creating an iron frame clad with aged brick.
