Foodbox, the multi-brand restaurant platform<\/a>, decided last month the comprehensive transformation of the image of one of its most emblematic locations<\/strong>, a SantaGloria-branded bakery and caf\u00e9, located on a striking corner at the confluence of two iconic streets in Madrid's exclusive Salamanca neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

When talking to <\/span>Borja Santana Uriarte, construction manager at Foodbox<\/a>, he explained to us<\/span> The importance of this establishment within the brand "in addition to having been owned and operated in the company's early days, and because, with this renovation, it is a perfect example of the transformation from the old image to the current one."<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Given the Foodbox location's notoriety, the awarding of this project to Grupo Spin gives us a sense of recognition for the work we've done as a construction and renovation company over the past few years. A relationship founded, in Borja's own words, on "the reliability, speed, and willingness that Grupo Spin has always shown us."<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The work on the premises lasted 15 days, and in that short time, the decor was completely renovated.<\/strong> In the first phase, demolition, flooring and painting work were carried out, and then we immediately moved on to a second phase, in which the most visible interventions were the<\/span> Installation of wood-effect porcelain flooring, replacement of a central hydraulic floor with an octagonal floor, and meticulous cladding of the sales area, both in wood for the bakery area and in marble for the counter. The entire exterior fa\u00e7ade was also renovated.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The final result of this renovation is impressive and allows the establishment to be confirmed in itself. The renewed, warm and modern tones of this<\/strong> The "new" SantaGloria sends a clear message of enrichment of the local life, which enhances the neighborhood and is enjoyed by its residents.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
