In the retail and restaurant sectors, a new store is more than just a space; it's a brand experience. That was the challenge of the new Bite the Pasta at the Torre Sevilla Shopping Center<\/strong>, a project of comprehensive reform<\/strong> in which from Spin Group<\/strong> We transformed the project into a real, functional space that is consistent with the new brand identity.<\/p>\n

A project completed in nine weeks<\/h2>\n

The schedule was clear: nine\u00a0weeks to complete the work and deliver a fully operational premises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During that period we worked with a tight plan, coordinating design, installations and construction<\/strong> so that each phase progressed in order and without interference. The focus was always the same: to take care of both the timing and the quality of execution.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

A space designed for the customer experience<\/h2>\n

One of the main features of the place is the central island<\/strong>, a key point that organizes the space and sets the pace of the experience within the restaurant.<\/p>\n

At the construction level, it also stands out lighting work<\/strong>: a set of lights and luminaires designed to enhance the atmosphere of the premises, highlight specific areas of the room and create a more dynamic and attractive environment for the customer.<\/p>\n

Kitchen and buffet: functionality with visual impact<\/h2>\n

The work also included the complete kitchen execution<\/strong>, designed to ensure efficient operation and a comfortable workflow for the team.<\/p>\n

And, as a particularly striking element, a featured buffet line<\/strong>, key to the Muerde la Pasta concept, where they are combined serviceability, functionality, and visual presence<\/strong> within the space.<\/p>\n

Key coordination with the shopping center<\/h2>\n

In projects within shopping centers, coordination is an essential part of success. In this case, the good relationship with the CC Torre Sevilla<\/strong> It facilitated logistics, access, and work planning, contributing to the smooth progress of the project.<\/p>\n
