On this occasion, The objective of the renovation was to expand the pharmacy facilities by adding the adjacent premises to achieve more sales area.A new space with a total of 130 m2. The project was carried out in two phases, one per location, and involved the significant challenge of coexisting with the commercial activity of the existing pharmacy. Once the renovation of each of the two spaces was completed, the final merger took place over the course of a weekend.
For the comprehensive renovation, preliminary demolition work was completed, both on the interior and exterior façade, before immediately proceeding with the construction, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and air conditioning work, requiring the participation of all the trades of Spin's multidisciplinary team.
It is worth highlighting how This project brought the stimulus of learning how to give a new decorative use to materials traditionally used for constructionThe walls were coated with Hormiestetic, a mortar for aesthetic concrete repairs, and the floor was coated with a colored self-leveling polymer mortar that creates a striking, continuous, smooth concrete floor. Corten steel was used for the facade, and expanded metal was chosen to cover the building's roof.
