GENERAL CONTRACTING / CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited: 

I.- General conditions

1.1.- These general contracting conditions, together with any specific conditions that may be established, will expressly regulate the relationships arising between SPIN CONSTRUCIONES Y REFORMAS SL, with CIF: B-83005983 and domiciled at C/Felipe II 4. Nave 106 45210 Yuncos (Toledo) (hereinafter grupospin.es) and third parties (hereinafter "Users") who use the Internet portal grupospin.es (hereinafter the "Portal"), as well as with third parties who contract the products offered through it.

grupospin.es reserves the right, at all times, to unilaterally modify, without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Portal at any time.

1.2.- These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contract, Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions in development of article 5.3 of Law 7/1998, Law 26/1984 General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Royal Decree-Law 14/1999 regulating the Electronic Signature and any legal provisions resulting from its application.

1.3.- By using the grupospin.es Portal, you become a User. Both visiting and using and/or purchasing any of the Portal's products imply acceptance, as a User, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of the General Conditions, as well as, where applicable, any Specific Conditions that govern the purchase.

1.4.- Gruposìn.es may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Conditions, by publishing said modifications on the Portal so that they may be known by Users always before visiting the Portal or acquiring any goods offered on the Portal.

II.- Products offered. Purchasing system.

2.1.- The products offered on the Portal, along with their characteristics and prices, will appear on the screen. Shipping costs to the User's address will also be shown on the screen, which will always be borne by the buyer. These products will be available for sale while supplies last. The prices indicated on the screen are in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.

Offers will be duly indicated on the screen. grupospin.es reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are included and offered to Users through the Portal. Thus, lakasa.es may at any time add new products to those included on the Portal. It is understood, unless otherwise provided, that such new products will be governed by the General Conditions in force at that time. Furthermore, lakasa.es reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered on the Portal.

2.2.- To acquire the products offered on the Portal, grupospin.es will ask Users to register, for which said Users, who must be over eighteen (18) years of age, must complete the instructions that appear on the screen and which will require executing the following instructions:

Access data is personal and non-transferable. grupospin.es may, with due notice, make changes to the access data, in which case the modified passwords will become invalid.

2.3.- Once the User has registered, and to proceed with the purchase of Products, they must add the desired product to their Shopping Cart, following the on-screen instructions. They must complete the order form provided and send it to grupospin.es. This constitutes reading and acceptance of all these General Conditions, as well as any existing Specific Conditions. The purchase will be deemed to have been made at the address of lakasa.es, located at 28003 Madrid, Plaza del Descubridor Diego de Ordás, 1.

2.4.- Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, but always before thirty (30) days have passed since the purchase, the Administration Department of grupospin.es will send the corresponding invoice to the purchasing User at the address or email address indicated on the form. The order confirmation sent by lakasa.es will not be valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase.

III.- Method of payment, delivery and withdrawal of orders.

3.1.- Payment for the price of the purchased goods and shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, can be made by credit card. To proceed with payment, the User must follow the on-screen instructions, providing the following information: card number, expiration date, and CVV. Occasionally, the payment gateway will require the use of a PIN, which varies depending on the User's agreement with their financial institution.

As an electronic payment system, grupospin.es is affiliated with Banco Sabadell's e-commerce payment gateway. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protocol to ensure maximum security.

The user agrees not to engage in fraudulent transactions. Users are advised that any evidence of fraud will be reported to the authorities.

3.2.- grupospin.es undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User to the buyer's address or to the email address indicated for this purpose on the order form (products will not be delivered to P.O. boxes or call centers) as soon as possible and, in any case, always within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is placed. Shipping costs for the purchased items, if applicable, shall be paid by the Buyer.

3.3.- If the user resides in the territory of the European Union, he has the right to withdraw from this contract in the following cases: 14 calendar days following receipt of the gift voucher, with Grupo Spin bearing any costs arising from such withdrawal.
