Currently, both our servers and service providers, such as email management, are located within the European Union. MailJet (the service through which we send newsletters) is located in the United Kingdom, and will have equivalent and comparable legislation upon Brexit.
If Spin sends your information to a country outside the EEC, we will ensure that your information is appropriately protected. We will always ensure that an appropriate contract exists covering the data transfer. Furthermore, if the country is deemed not to have laws equivalent to EU data protection standards, we will ask the third party to enter into a legal agreement that reflects those standards. Furthermore, if necessary, we will request prior authorization from the Spanish Data Protection Agency to be authorized to carry out the international transfer.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will store your information for the minimum period of time required by law. As a general rule, unless you request us to do so by exercising your right, we will retain personal and consumer data indefinitely for our study of consumer trends, which will be conducted anonymously, and for sending newsletters and advertising.
