Thanks to these visible and striking improvements, the establishment has gained a renovated, efficient, and modern feel, allowing the owner, the fourth generation of the family, to significantly improve the quality of service offered to its customers. In this way, At Spin we see our main objective of putting all the means at the service of our clients' growth in the implementation of their retail businesses fulfilled once again, by making the project conceived.

The importance of matching the conceived project with the achieved end result.

 

From the outset, the renovation presented two major challenges: first, expanding the pharmacy facilities by adding the adjacent premises to create a new 130 m2 space; and second, carrying out the entire renovation while still maintaining the existing pharmacy's commercial activity. Both circumstances, judging by the final result, were resolved in a very satisfactory manner.

The initial demolition work, both on the interior and exterior façade, was soon followed by construction, electrical, lighting, plumbing and air conditioning work; this required perfect coordination of all the team's tasks multidisciplinary from Spin.
