Diego Torregrosa, area manager of the group, told us this anecdote, which brings to the forefront the impact that spaces retail foster in their environment. Behind every economic activity, a business creates a social bond with its neighbors, and both stakeholders benefit from this exchange.

There is no doubt that the final result achieved from this More than Less, in the Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena Street, 14, in Madrid, projects this idea of prosperity. The initial 380 m2 of open-plan space has given way to an attractive, bright and welcoming space., thanks to an action that, in terms of construction, was not without challenges.
The civil works began with a ground level extension to bring it up to street level; this was followed by electrical installation, paving, tiling, plumbing, painting, and finishing of both wood and metal carpentry. It is worth noting thatthe extensive experience of our brigade allowed for perfect coordination with other assembly teams involved in the construction of the kitchen, the installation of the extractor hood, home automation and air conditioning.
With the work completed, upon entering the interior of the large establishment, The first element that attracts the eye is the front bar. It has been built with a marble base macael, finished at the front with a plate miniwave in black and with a ceiling topped with wooden beams of different sizes and lengths, from which a metal bottle rack is suspended.

The varying heights of the premises create some impassable areas, as they do not meet the legally required minimum height of 2.50 meters. Converting these areas into an interior garden, plus the play of lights used for its illumination, has managed to transform this inconvenience into a virtue. and create a very pleasant space that imbues the atmosphere of the environment with harmony and placidity.

Deserves special mention the merger carried out with the adjacent premises, a franchise of the Santa Gloria chain of the same ownershipThe objective pursued here was to communicate both establishments, while respecting the personality and independence of each. The design work by the technical team of FoodBox It was key to achieving that sense of continuity between both concepts, through the use of a similar flooring, with the same black ceilings, with the common play of different woods and lattices as decorative elements and the choice of similar lighting.

In Spin this performance leaves a very satisfactory impression. by managing to meet every requirement that FoodBox requested of us in terms of construction. Our goal of achieving excellence in this endeavor to continue expanding the market in a sector as competitive as organized catering has been achieved.
We trust that the neighborhood's predictions will be equally satisfactory and that the neighborhood will gain another attractive element to its list of amenities.
