The objective of this intervention has revolved around the comprehensive renovation of the establishment to adapt it to the new corporate image, projected by the Supernormal architecture and design agency.

To this end, at Grupo Spin, we have undertaken construction work involving cladding, electrical work, lighting, and furniture. These projects involved plumbing, masonry, electricians, carpentry, painting, and sign making. Our team also provided support to other teams involved in the project, such as those installing the new kitchen and installing the air conditioning system.
A terrace area was also created, with a raised platform level with the sidewalk, and a perimeter fence was installed. All elements were adapted to current municipal regulations.
