During the recently ended 2021, the news broke out in the business world of the Integration of Concep into the technology consultancy Glintt, to form the largest pharmacy transformation group in the Spanish market.
Between Grupo Spin and Concept has existed during these previous years an extensive and fruitful business relationship: A good number of projects carried out that have risen to the category of reference within the pharmaceutical sector. Suddenly, this new strategic direction gave way to an unprecedented horizon.
The latest reforms carried out by Grupo Spin for this already brand-new consulting firm leave no room for doubt: Concep by Glintt It reinforces the line of redefining the future of pharmacies on the pillars of technology and training, also granting, a fundamental role to the physical space of the establishment.

This is where the interests of Concep by Glintt and the vocation of Grupo Spin meet. In an economy of scale, quality in renovations is the key to profitability. And both companies know this.
If we bring this theoretical framework down to earth, the facts remain: the works. A perfect example of this collaboration is the renovation of the pharmacy located at 13 Pedro Rico Street, in the Madrid neighborhood of La Paz.

Final work and initial rendering of the project.
Ujué Sánchez Rubio, architect of Concep by Clintt for this project, proposed from the beginning a performance that broke with the previous heritage, with the aim of combining, within the pharmaceutical activity itself, the two specialties of the two new owners of the pharmacy, dermoesthetics and orthopedics.
This duality forms the backbone of the establishment's decor, which is organized around two colors: yellow and pink. Two shades, two specializations. A chromatic guide divides the spaces, but brilliantly unifies them in their central area, dominated by two striking islands designed for personalized customer service, integrating the dual play of colors with the glass placed on the tables.

The rest of the decorative elements emphasize this idea of pairsThe zigzag floor pattern suggests the interior layout and marks the different exhibition, sales, and experience areas. The ceiling reinforces the division of space by enclosing the central islands with the same pattern as the floor, which is simultaneously illuminated by two circular luminaires.
The facade, according to Ujué's own words, “it's the icing on the cake”. Anticipate the play of colors of the interiorThe yellow accents the tile, while the pink accents the woodwork. The neon sign with the establishment's brand name completes the desired groundbreaking effect.

The expectations that the pharmacy owners placed in this project have been met. The union between Concep by Glintt and Grupo Spin already presents an exciting and promising horizon. We trust that this commitment to quality in the construction and the reforms serve from a beacon to the retail sector.
