Construction of a new SantaGloria for Restoration in it Caleido Space, in Madrid. A location popularly known as the fifth tower because it shares a site with the famous Castellana Towers.

The opening of this brand-new Santa Gloria allows us to establish another link in the strong commercial ties between AG Restauracion and Grupo Spin. In the last two years alone, the two companies have undertaken more than a dozen joint projects.

Regarding the specific work, the project began with the installation of the facade carpentry, followed by waterproofing and raising the ground level with the Caviti system to reach street level and allow the installation of the premises' sewage system. These preliminary works were followed by the usual masonry, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, and air conditioning work.

The project was complex, having to coexist with the fully operational shopping center, a circumstance that affected some tasks, such as material reception schedules and façade work. The excellent coordination of all these tasks with the ECOP and the shopping center's own maintenance staff allowed our team to deliver the establishment on time and to the required quality.
