In the world of construction and retail, there's a latent law that says the strongest business relationships are born from example. Kalúa, a brand-new ice cream franchise, decided to entrust Grupo Spin with its new project in Madrid after seeing our work on various projects for other retail chains. Once again, the law was upheld in our case.

A project with specific technical challenges

This new Kalúa ice cream parlor, located in the commercial Ibiza district of Madrid, has required specific technical requirements. One of the biggest challenges was optimizing the plumbing system to manage the high water consumption required by its machinery.To achieve this, we implemented an internal cooling circuit that reuses water and, at the same time, ensures optimal performance of the ice cream storage chambers. This solution improves operational efficiency and also reinforces Kalúa's commitment to sustainability.

A comprehensive approach to retail

In addition to specialized technical interventions, we carried out the usual tasks in retail projects:

• Tiling and flooring, to ensure an aesthetic and functional finish.

• Paint and plasterboard, adapted to the specific needs of the space.

• Sanitation and metalwork, essential for the durability and image of the premises.

We also coordinated with external contractors, such as the installation of signage and automatic facade doors, ensuring that the entire project progressed smoothly and within the established deadlines.

Upon delivery of the work, Kalúa management informed us that, in the near future, New projects will arrive in which they would like to count on our team again.
