At Grupo Spin we have carried out the work on the new premises of Vezzo in North Plaza 2, within the expansion plan of FoodBox.

Unification of Spaces

The project consisted of two separate premises that were to be integrated into a single establishment. A complete demolition and gutting were carried out, followed by a raised floor to address both the existing height differences between the two original premises and the sewage system for the future restaurant.

Installations and Assembly

The kitchen, a key element in the restaurant's operations, was installed according to established technical and design requirements. The oven, which arrived disassembled, was assembled using a specific structure to ensure proper weight distribution.

Design and Acoustics

The restaurant maintains the brand's visual identity, with lighting designed to generate warmth and draw attention to the tables. Textile panels were also installed to act as sound absorbers, improving the comfort of the space.

Expansion

This project is part of a series of openings that the Vezzo brand will carry out in other shopping centers nationwide, consolidating its growth with technical solutions tailored to each location, leveraging Grupo Spin's 25 years of experience in the retail sector.
