Deliquo, brand of Cafestore, part of the Sacyr Group, has launched its new brand at Palma de Mallorca airport. Grupo Spin has been responsible for executing the first establishment developed with this concept and turn it into a space ready to open and operate. 

A new venue built from scratch

The project started with a space in the terminal where no establishment had previously existed. Therefore, it wasn't a matter of renovating or adapting a pre-existing space, but of creating a completely new one. execution of new connections, all necessary installations and the complete implementation of the construction and decorative project defined for Deliquo.

Working inside an airport

Carrying out a construction project at an airport presents very different challenges than those of a conventional commercial premises.

Access for personnel and materials is subject to specific controls. Working hours must be adapted to the terminal's activity, and each intervention requires permits, prior coordination, and precise logistical planning.

These requirements have been compounded by the fact that the work is being carried out during the summer season, one of the busiest periods at Palma airport.
