Kinépolis, the multinational movie theater company, has hired Spin to renovate a headquarters in Barcelona., specifically in the Full HD cinemas of Splau Shopping Center located in Cornellà de Llobregat.

As they have confessed to us, the decision to place this trust in Spin comes after checking our good work with the Beer&Food group, during the performance at a franchised venue in one of its own Kinépolis in Madrid.

This project addresses the construction of a megacandy inside the cinema facilities, a corner for the sale of sweets and drinks. The project is being carried out in two phases: the first covering 110 square meters and the second, 240, and involves the difficult dismantling of two columns, each measuring 15 meters.

He Spin team, formed by a construction manager, along with a team of bricklayers, electricians and painters, will be in charge the construction of the establishment, the lighting, the decoration and the installation of the specific furniture for each product.

In addition to the usual challenge of perfectly combining the work of the different trades to achieve the required quality standards, within the estimated timeframe, this project also adds the task of minimizing the impact of the work on the normal use of the facilities by cinema customers.
