Construction of a 90 m2 space in which, Thanks to the good understanding with the project management, both the delivery deadlines and the required quality standards have been met.
The project began with a raised floor level using the Caviti system to reach street level and install the premises' sewage system. These works were followed by the usual waterproofing, masonry, plasterboard, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, and air conditioning work.
Of particular note during the project was the fact that the construction work on the new location was taking place alongside the Shopping Center, which was open and fully operational. This situation affected our crew's schedules for certain tasks, in addition to our duty to minimize any construction incidents that would affect normal customer use of the center.
