The performance, for its part, has been subject to the shopping center's specific regulatory compliance, emphasizing energy efficiency aspects, the inclusion of security systems, and the installation of the necessary means to facilitate accessibility for disabled people.

As is customary with Grupo Spin's projects, the project met the required deadlines and quality standards, in this case specific to a retail model in the fashion sector.
