In the case of the renovation of this pharmacy, located in Located at 15 Paseo del Molino Street, in the Legazpi neighborhood, the proposal developed by Concep provided the establishment with a renovated, efficient and modern environment, through a thorough redesign of both the interior of the premises and the façade. With these guidelines, the pharmacy would be in a position to refine the customer's future shopping experience.

On the façade, the challenge was to gain visibility and presence both in the pedestrian area and in the surrounding area. To this end, We clad the exterior walls with Alucobond, a smooth-finished aluminum sheet panel in a white color that reinforced the corporate image. We also installed indirect LED lighting and a new glass door, which gave the establishment's exterior a precise, innovative, and striking planimetry.

The key to the project lay in the establishment's interior layout. The goal of these new pharmacies is to offer customers more personalized service, fostering greater commercial interaction. To this end, We built a first area for displaying items on shelves, which immediately gives access to the area of individual counters. With this arrangement, points of sale eliminate any sense of barriers and foster a more intimate and direct relationship with the customer. 

To reinforce the importance of this area of the counters It was tiled specifically from floor to wall with white tiles continuous, which brings references to the health environment. This hygienic feeling is reinforced by the light provided by the upper islands hanging from the ceiling, which illuminate the area in a special way.

Spin's work culminates with the construction of a continuous plasterboard ceiling, a plastic paint coating on the walls, the installation of air conditioning and enclosures, and the installation of a modern, colored polymer mortar floor. All within an agreed-upon timeframe of two weeks, which, judging by the owner's opinion, enhances the professional image of the companies involved in the renovation, Concep and Spin.
