UDON has once again chosen Grupo Spin to continue its growth in Madrid. This time, it is doing so in the Plenilunio Shopping Center, a demanding environment where Technical coordination, collaboration with the gallery, and meeting deadlines make the difference when executing the work.

A turnkey project, from start to finish
We undertook the project on a turnkey basis, integrating planning, construction execution, electrical and lighting installations, and milestone-based quality control. The objective was clear from day one: deliver on time and with the level of detail that the brand demands, ensuring that every decision on site will contribute to the customer's final experience.
In spaces like Plenilunio, logistics are just as important as the finish itself: time windows, access, noise management, and coordination with the property and neighboring premises. Advance documentation and a single point of contact facilitated smooth, frictionless progress.

What this UDON values
Punctuality in delivery: Reverse planning from the opening date and weekly milestone tracking.
Well-cared for brand identity: finishes, lighting and details executed so that the premises “breathe” UDON from the first day.
Efficiency and order at work: pre-assemblies and work sequences designed to reduce time in the production room and avoid rework.

What we took away from the work
Well-planned coexistence shortens the work:When logistics are aligned with the center, everything flows.
Auctions are also planned: Treating them as mini-projects avoids surprises at closing.
Communication is productivity: Quick decisions = work that moves forward at the right pace.
At Grupo Spin, we continue to build, we keep moving forward!
