In one of the large warehouses in the center, CBRE entrusted us with the redistribution of its interior space, to allow for subsequent refurbishment of various commercial premises.
At a technical level, the recently started work presents the challenge of wall displacement, which requires the demolition of pillars and beams and their replacement with 12-meter-long metal structural pillars that will subsequently be concreted in a new location.
The construction of new access points to the future premises and their corresponding connections will be another part of the various works that will be carried out during an estimated construction period of several weeks.
