From Grupo Spin we have carried out in Parque Corredor, in Madrid, the complete renovation of a raw space to build a new UDON, a Japanese cuisine restaurant, under the operation of the franchise regime.

Guided in the decorative plan by the parent company, the two fundamental premises on which we worked during the performance were the usual ones for creating any retail business, the quality of executions, in time and form, and ensuring that the final result matches the initial project.

Of particular note are the numerous carpentry projects completed simultaneously with the renovation. Thanks to this coordination, the construction time was shortened. thereby gaining in the optimization of financial resources.
