Within its strategic expansion plan, Foodbox has hired our services again for the renovation of two establishments in Madrid belonging to the Santagloria chainThe first of the stores is a corner space located at number 69 Paseo de las Acacias, with a surface area of 160 m2. The second is located in Alcalá de Henares, on the central and commercial Libreros Street, and has a surface area of 108 m2.
At the work level, The great challenge at Santagloria de Acacias has been the optimization of the architectural resources available to the premises. The former distribution center, which previously operated as a bank, has adapted to the franchise's new business needs. These skills, along with the reuse of doors, lintels, and display windows, have resulted in savings in the final cost of the project, which has naturally led to the client's satisfaction.

The conversion of an old corner into an exposed brick pillar, the aforementioned remodeling of the numerous shop windows that make up the premises, and the flooring of the dining room are some of the highlights of the project that have resulted in a sophisticated, welcoming, and attractively designed establishment, which has enriched the social life of the area from the moment it opened.
For its part, The performance of the Santagloria in Alcalá de Henares has required a more extensive reformInitial demolition work has been carried out, along with the installation of a new sewage system and the installation of an extractor hood with its chimney leading to the roof through a rear patio. This includes the usual masonry, carpentry, electrical, and lighting work.

In a short period of four weeks, a local diaphanous in a striking establishment with a lot of charm which has won the approval of the client who runs the franchise.
How has it been possible to create This pleasant setting? In our responsibility, that of construction, success lies in the quality of the execution. These aspects are evident in the rustic ochre-toned brick finishes, the interplay of wood on the benches, tables, and walls, and the well-chosen indirect lighting placed on the friezes. The final result of the project creates a warm atmosphere, awakening in the client a sense of tranquility and escape upon entering, a contrast to the hustle and bustle outside.

We talked at the beginning about the benefits that a renovation company brings to the business retail. Optimizing existing resources in a location and the commitment to the quality of executions are Two of those good gains that emerged in these latest reforms for Foodbox. Two faculties that They always live present in the spirit of each of the interventions we carry out in the Spin Group.
