The ability to adapt to challenges took Grupo Spin to the Villaverde neighborhood in Madrid on this occasion, to build the rehearsal space for the performing arts, The Atrium, where the emblematic theater company is based the Zaranda.
The commission for this performance went through enter a completely destroyed warehouse and transform it into a space adapted to the needs of new artistic activities.
The initial ground leveling work was followed by work on both the new layout of the space and the creation of access points to the establishment.
Deserves special mention The renovation carried out on the roof of the premises, with the installation of a double roof, completed with a structure of windows covered with blinds.
Thanks to the design of these ceilings, the natural light entering the space is precisely regulated. A clever solution that solved the problem. The main need conveyed by the client is to allow the exterior light to be adapted to the uses and needs of the different activities carried out inside the premises.
