It's worth highlighting the enormous advantages this renovation brings to the project's economic viability, ensuring compliance with health prevention measures such as air renewal, and meeting room capacity limitations and distancing between diners.

In addition, the restaurant underwent renovations to implement these anti-COVID measures: gel dispensers, thermometers, insulating curtains, etc., as well as the installation of a low-slip vinyl floor in the kitchen.
