At number 219 Alcalá Street in Madrid is the brand new pharmacy remodeled by Grupo Spin, which, as is usual in our interventions in this sector of the retail, we have executed under the design guidelines of Concep by Glintt.

The purpose of the reform revolved around achieving an air of modernity to the establishment and give the spaces better optimizationTo execute the project, we relied on renders as a visual guide.

One of the major challenges was the radical change of the façade. The old structure was removed in a single day to immediately make way for the new entrance. A striking improvement that has increased the establishment's appeal and presence in the area. 

The work was carried out in parallel with the pharmacy's maintenance of its commercial activities. This circumstance always requires even more delicacy in the work to minimize its impact on the business. However, as this is nothing new for Grupo Spin, making the work compatible with the establishment's open operation was resolved efficiently and successfully thanks to detailed planning, communication, and careful management by our entire team.
